Responsibilities:

Experience in developing and maintaining Content Management System, Back office application and Client facing applications. .
Developing new applications from scratch or supporting existing applications
Hands-on experience with working with Agile methodology, specially scrum framework.
Ability to work independently or in groups
Communication in English is must
Willing to develop his/her career towards Technical Leader/Project Leader/Manager

Job Description of Business Development Executive

We are looking for a passionate business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging clients and helping them to showcase added values to their business.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

Familiarizing yourself with different IT consulting services offered by our company.
Familiar with IT bidding portals (Freelancer, UpWork, Fiber, PPH etc) and CRM tools.
Awareness of IT Consulting business, technical terms and development processes.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Attending networking activities to connect with prospective clients.
Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained and create values for their business.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Crafting business proposals and contracts
Negotiating with clients to offer the most attractive prices.
Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Business Development Executive Requirements

Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
0 to 4 years of sales experience.
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
Professional yet affable disposition.
Neat, well-groomed appearance.
Great networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
